辊道通过式抛丸机能连续不间断工作，对各类钢材料，如钢板，钢材，钢梁，型钢，钢管和铸钢件等以一种连续通过方式进行除氧化皮、清理和预处理。清理过程中由可调速输送辊道将钢结构件或钢材送进清理机室体内抛射区，其周身各面受到来自不同坐标方位的强力密集弹丸打击与摩擦，使其上的氧化皮、锈层及其污物迅速脱落，钢材表面就获得一定粗糙度的光洁表面，在清理室外两边进出口辊道装卸工件。落入钢材上面的弹丸与绣尘经吹扫装置吹扫，分离后的纯净弹丸供抛丸循环使用。抛丸清理中产生尘埃，由抽风管送向除尘系统，净化处理后的净气排放到大气中。

During the cleaning process, the steel structure or steel material is sent into the projectile area of the cleaning machine room by the adjustable speed conveying roller table, and all sides of the steel structure are hit and rubbed by the powerful and dense projectiles from different coordinates, so that the oxide scale, rust layer and its dirt quickly fall off, the surface of the steel to obtain a certain roughness of the smooth surface, in cleaning both sides of the outdoor entrance roller loading and unloading workpiece. The projectiles and embroidery dust falling on the steel are swept by the purging device, and the separated pure projectiles are used for the shot-blasting cycle. The dust produced in shot blasting cleaning is sent to the dust removal system by the exhaust pipe, and the clean gas after cleaning is discharged into the atmosphere.
