      钢管内外壁抛丸机是一种组合清理钢管内外壁的清理机，通过抛丸方式来清理钢管的外表面，通过喷丸方式清理内表面，去掉内外壁的粘砂、锈层、焊渣、氧化皮及其他杂物，使之获得精细的光洁表面呈现金属本色。并且表面具有一定的粗糙度，提高工件的抗拉和抗压强度，为内外壁涂漆保护增加附着力，达到防腐、护管、延长钢管使用寿命之目的。同时可消除工件因剪切、焊接、成型等工艺产生的表面残余应力，并增加压应力提高工件的疲劳强度。

And the surface has a certain roughness, improve the tensile and compressive strength of the workpiece, paint the inner and outer walls to increase adhesion, achieve anti-corrosion, pipe protection, prolong the service life of steel pipe. At the same time, it can eliminate the surface residual stress and increase the compressive stress to improve the fatigue strength of the workpiece.
